Purpose
These terms govern the booking of tours guided directly by Meet Málaga Tours, the owner of this site ("Our Tours" section). They do not cover free tours, which are booked on the GuruWalk platform, nor third-party services in the affiliate catalogue (accommodation, cars and transfers), subject to each provider's own terms — see the affiliate notice.
Booking
Bookings are requested via WhatsApp. The tour is confirmed once the date, time and number of people are agreed with Meet Málaga Tours.
Price
The price per person is the one published on each tour's page, with a minimum of 2 people unless a specific rate for 1 person is stated. The final price is the one confirmed when the booking is closed.
Payment
Payment is made by Bizum, PayPal or cash on the day of the tour, as agreed in the confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Any date change or cancellation is handled directly via WhatsApp, with as much notice as possible.
Liability
Meet Málaga Tours provides the guiding service for its tours directly and is responsible for its execution. It is not responsible for third-party services linked from this site.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
