Purpose
These terms govern the booking of private routes guided directly by the owner of this site ("Private routes" section). They do not cover free tours, which are booked on the GuruWalk platform, nor third-party services in the affiliate catalogue (accommodation, cars and transfers), subject to each provider's own terms — see the affiliate notice.
Booking
Booking requests are made via WhatsApp. The route is confirmed once the date, time and number of people are agreed with the owner.
Price
The price per person is the one published on each route's page, with a minimum of 2 people unless a specific 1-person rate is indicated. The final price is the one confirmed when the booking is closed.
Payment
Payment is made by Bizum, PayPal or cash on the day of the route, as agreed at confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Any date change or cancellation is handled directly via WhatsApp, with as much notice as possible.
Liability
The owner personally provides the guiding service for private routes and is responsible for its execution. They are not responsible for third-party services linked from this site.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
